I wasn’t a good joke to try new people. You don’t need to be a charismatic person to run a business. People actually don’t follow Charisma. They follow leadership and soda. Be a good leader there’s a lot of different personality types are out there somewhere plant buoyantly extroverted. Some are very much introverted, but I would propose to you that some of the richest man in the world are our great leaders and they’re very introverted.

I’Ve noticed this girl karizmatik more introverted, two more thoughtful than these charismatic 90 miles an hour, guys yeah. So you may see someone you go wow. That looks like a great person that looks like you’re having fun time. I may want to follow them, but in reality we want to follow a true leader and a true leader.

Someone who’s got their act together and they’re, calm and U-verse. When the storm hits her calm, they can take him with me when bad things happen.
