My name is Justin Wren, I’m a professional MMA fighter and I’m the founder of the non-profit Fight for the Forgotten. We have learned so much, we brought our entire Fight for the Forgotten team to just soak this up and be sponges. There’s so much practical advice that we can apply even to the non-profit world. We’re learning so, so much. So thankful for the Thrive Time team and Clay and all the business knowledge they are giving us with us to grow our organization, to help our mission and vision get further down the road. Clay’s style of presentation is absolutely awesome. It is fun, it’s engaging, it’s blunt and to the point,

and it’s so applicable, very, very practical. And so we are learning so much here. We’re trying to engage and get everything in. It’s like drinking from a fire hydrant. So you’ve got to come back again. We just have to. We have to come back another time or two or three because this is absolutely awesome. I can’t recommend this business conference more for anybody of any business, even the non-profit world.

We are learning, learning, learning. And we know that we’re gonna grow and we’re gonna be able to help so many more people because we’ve attended this conference. We’re coming back. This conference is so different than any other kind of business conference or inspirational conference or anything I’ve been to before.

This is the most practical business conference I’ve ever been to. It’s not just inspiring or motivational, it’s very practical, hands-on, go do this. If you wanna win, go do these things. And so we’re just taking notes.

I’ve never took more notes in my life.

Sky Magnus, I’m involved in a personal training company. There’s nothing more difficult being a small business owner and not knowing which marketing strategies are going to be the most cost effective, non-waste of time, and the best as far as cost. What do I choose? What’s best for my budget? I’ve learned a lot about why you own a business. I think a lot of people, especially I’m 29, who own a company, kind of get their identity wrapped up in whether it succeeds or fails. And the business is here for my family.

It’s here to serve us and our goals and also provide a good service to the clients. The thing I like most about the workshop are the interactions. I can tell that it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all when it comes to business and marketing and advertisement. Clay and his team are specialists at pinpointing what you do and what works best so that you don’t waste your time or money?

Kalai’s presentations here are hilarious. He is definitely the Jim Carrey of business. They’re relatable and they’re timeless. I think they’re truths that exist. Like I mentioned prior, they’re truths that exist for every industry, so you just need to do it.

The atmosphere is like any other business conference. I feel like it’s really kind of the Navy SEALs when it comes to business advertisement and marketing and growth. I’m not standing around tossing a beach ball across the stadium and I’m not looking forward to walking on hot coals. It’s real applicable stuff that we could apply

tonight. If you’re not here, you’re probably going to spend the rest of your business learning day spinning your wheels on things that are fads. They’re probably wasting your time, your budget. You’re probably losing. You’re probably being controlled by your business and that’s not what I’m interested in doing. I’m looking to control my business. I birthed the business and the business is going to work for me. So if you’re not here you’re not going to learn how to do that.

Stephanie Pipkin I am 24 years old and I own Black River Falls Cleaning Services. We opened in April of 2019 and it is now mid-June of 2020. So I wanted to talk today about the success and growth I have achieved by implementing the Proven Path with Clay Clark’s team and my business coach Luke from Thrive Time. It has been insane to say the least. I started working with them in mid-February of this year so we’re about four months in of working together and it has

completely transformed my business in pretty much every facet. So I’m gonna check my notes here. So in four months my leads have tripled. I was getting probably like two leads a week now I’m getting more in the like 10 to 15 leads a week. I have doubled my number of employees. I’m now hitting the highest revenue weeks in the history of the company, week to week it seems like.

Do what they say, even if you think it’s stupid or ridiculous, just do what they say because it’ll work. You know, people, when they look at my business, you know, people in my town, they think I’m lucky. They think I’m just, you know, things just happen for me. And you know, maybe I am lucky,

but it has a lot to do with hard work and perseverance and working until you cry sometimes. That’s just being an entrepreneur, which if you’re a business owner, you understand that. But it’s having these systems in place of, of course I’m going to be successful. It’s an absolute because I have all this stuff in the background happening. I have Luke and Clay and everybody on their team working really hard to make sure that I’m a success and I can tell that they are just so excited every single week when

I’m having all these wins and things like that they’re so excited for me so it just it’s the best thing ever and I would suggest to anybody to work with them so sorry for the long-winded reply but I just had so much to say and I could go on for hours probably about how amazing they are but thank you to Clay and Luke and the entire team there, everything you guys have done for me, and I am so excited to continue to work with you for years to come. What I’ve seen from Clay and his group at Thrive is they’ll give you a simple system, and it’s the simple systems are the ones that people can wrap their brain around. They’re the ones that people can work with on a day-to-day basis. And that simplicity brings power with it. So it shocked me how simple some of the stuff is. And at times I’m like, why didn’t I think about that?

Workflow creation, systematic marketing, and coaching has helped our church so much. You know, the workflow creation is what it really is, is they’re going to look and see every moving part of your church, of your ministry, what needs to be done. And it’s going to go up on a massive board. And so now what it does is it takes what you know needs to be done out of your heart and out of your head, really takes the pressure, the stress off your shoulders and it puts

it on the board where your entire team, your ministry can see exactly what you want them to do every day. So they know this is the playbook, this is what we’re doing. And then there’s a laser sharp accountability with a meeting afterwards. Did it get done or not? I’ll tell you, it’s changed the way we execute as a church so fast.

Now, what kind of stuff will you learn at the Thrive Time Show Workshop? So Aaron, you’ve been to many of these over the past seven, eight years. So let’s talk about it. Aaron, you have managed, no exaggeration, hundreds of people throughout your career and thousands of contractors, and most people struggle with managing people. Why does everybody have to learn how to manage people? Well, because first of all, people are, you either have great people or you have people who suck.

And so, it could be a challenge. You know, learning how to work with a large group of people and get everybody pulling in the same direction can be a challenge. But if you have the right systems, you have the right processes, and you’re really good at selecting great ones, and we have a process we teach about how to find great people. When you start with the people who have a great attitude, they’re teachable, they’re

driven, all of those things, then you can get those people all pulling in the same direction. So we’re going to teach you branding, marketing, sales, search engine optimization. We’re gonna teach you accounting. We’re gonna teach you personal finance, how to manage your finance. We’re gonna teach you time management.

How do you manage your time? How do you get more done during a typical day? How do you build an organization if you’re not organized? How do you do organization? How do you build an org chart? Everything that you need to know

to start and grow a business will be taught during this two-day interactive business workshop. But let me tell you how the format is set up here. Again, folks, this is a two-day interactive 15. Think about this, folks. It’s two days.

this is a true story. When you get up and stretch, you’ll be greeted by mariachis. There’s going to probably be alpaca here, llamas, helicopter rides, a coffee bar, a snow cone. I mean, you had a crocodile one time. That was pretty interesting.

You know, I should write that down.

Sorry for that one guy that we lost.

The crocodile, we duct taped its face. Right? We duct taped it. It was a baby crocodile. And we duct taped. Yeah, duct taped around the mouth so it didn’t bite anybody.

But it was really cool passing that thing around. I should do that. We have a small petting zoo that will be assembled. It’s going to be great. And then you’re in the company of hundreds of entrepreneurs. So there’s not a lot of people in America today.

In fact, there’s less than 10 million people today, according to U.S. Debt Clock, that identify as being self-employed. So if you have a country with 350 million people, that means you have less than 3% of our population that’s even self-employed. So you only have 3 out of every 100 people in America that are self-employed to begin with. And when Inc. Magazine reports that 96% of businesses fail by default, by default you

have a 1 out of 1,000 chance of succeeding in the game of business. But yet the average client that you and I work with, we can typically double this. No hyperbole, no exaggeration. I have thousands of testimonials to back this up. We have thousands of testimonials to back it up. But when you work with a home builder, when I work with a business owner, we can typically double the size of the company within 24 months. And you say double? Yeah, there’s businesses that we have tripled, there’s businesses we’ve grown 8x. There’s so many examples.
