That’s worth repeating. Inspiration is the reward, but inaction is the giant. Action is the sort of not taking action and procrastinating. That’s what causes people, what what does? What causes people to be depressed? What causes depression for many people? What’s lying to yourself, it’s saying I’m not going to eat that kind of food anymore, but you eat it or are you looking at me? It’s not doing what you said, you’re going to hit setting goals and not achieving them know the only way to escape the feeling of that is a distraction. So when you said yourself I’m going to get this done and you don’t get it done, the only way that you can not feel horrible about. It is a distraction which could be humor. What happens if you start to have a business coach gap between what you want to do and where you’re at until you start to experience cognitive, dissonance, i, believe cognitive dissonance is something created by god himself. It seems like people are looking for inspiration out there they’re doing something to find inspiration for whatever it is a shark tank that it’s a source of inspiration, rather than actually working on your business, cuz you’re watching the diy shows thinking that that’s going to be your no action is what creates inspiration. Action creates the inspiration. Somebody doesn’t believe you well it’s true, so just try it. You gave me a good example when you were teaching me this concept a few years back, and you said you know that feeling you get when ever you clean your garage right and you step back and look at it. You want to share that. You like inspired your proud. That’s what happens when you take action, you’re, proud of yourself you’re, inspired if you are in america. If you were born into this great country, you have won the lottery by man. My woman, you have won the lottery. Do you have any idea? It gave us the right to pursue happiness. Perhaps you should look that up with freedom. You see, freedom, isn’t free freedom is not for you have to work hard for the required responsibility. So if you want to have a horrible life, then sleep until noon. If you want to have success, then don’t sleep in till noon.

That’s what creates the strength. The strength comes from. It comes as a result of struggle. So, if you want to get strong muscles, you have to work out until you’re sore. If you want to have weak muscles, that you need to avoid soreness I want to make sure he gets some. It’s a huge idea. If you want to avoid strength, do what you need to do is avoid struggle. You need to avoid physical pain while working out, and then you won’t ever. You actually get atrophy overtime. If you want to avoid strength, be weak right, fear and failure facilitate the devil’s work, because failure breaks down one’s morale, destroys self-confidence, subdues, enthusiasm, dolls, imagination and drives away definiteness of purpose, so fear is the is the concept of false evidence appearing real, so lot of people are so afraid that they have fizzy false evidence appearing real that they begin to facilitate the devil’s works. Remember that idleness is the devil’s workshop, so you’re not taking business coach actions and now you’re getting that procrastination, and when you get that procrastination going now, it destroys your morale because, remember i, don’t miss is the devil’s workshop. So it’s dues, enthusiasm because remember inspiration is the reward you get. You don’t feel inspiration before you take action. Inspiration as a reward. Your get you you get for taking a inspiration is the reward you get for taking action. What happens? Is you begin to wanted all the imagination drive away from your goals because you know you’re not going to achieve them. So why even try? There’s four vices that people use to cope with feeling terrible about themselves as a result of cognitive dissonance. One is random lovers:it’s random lovers:it’s random sexual relationships, it’s having its hooking up with people, it’s the new boyfriend. You want the new boyfriend to make you happy. You want the new girlfriend to make you happy, you’re, not happy, but you just had a new boyfriend or a new girlfriend. Then you could be happy cuz! You see, you see it’s not it’s the reason why you’re not happy? Is it because you’re not happy? No, it couldn’t be that it’s because they failed to love you the way you need to be loved, and so you got to look for random lovers, a new, the new relationship you got to do. The second thing is, it is buying new thinks it’s the acquisition of stuff. You see. The acquisition of stuff does not lead to peace. In fact that leads to turmoil, you see, as you spend more money and more more things, to maintain what people buy new things. Are they always want to buy new things to do to keep them mentally fixated on drugs people doing drugs, I mean it’s just a numb. The pain it’s to block out things. The next one is alcohol and gambling and I think alcohol and gambling go together. A lot of people don’t gamble until they do business coach alcohol lot of people, don’t do alcohol until they gamble, and so it’s the combination of both might have a different vice. Someone here might Say:i’ll. Add some more here chop that I I see all the time video games I see people, not the new vice. It’s like I’m going to play videogames all day, because you know that’s a way to keep me feeling like I’m, productive I can score a bunch of points in a game that doesn’t matter but I’m, seeing virtual reality now becoming a a crazy vice people that have that don’t do anything physically. They don’t have real relationships. It’s a virtual reality, take businesses and all kinds of things everywhere.

This I had to constantly battle the devil, so I actually said and I do say. I would say. I would encourage you to say I said all the time and I do say:i said I’ll say it today, I’ll say it too. I said everything I said:satan get the hell out of my mind. I can do this and I say it all. The time I’m constantly saying satan get the hell out of my life. I can do this I say it all the time I speak to my mountains and those of you who are christians will see in the bible they reference. Speaking the word much more than hearing the word and much more than reading the word. It is so important for you to speak to your mountain jeff to speak. It into existence now chuck, let’s move on the devil, fear controls people by making negative thinking and destructive actions pleasing to them. So people like doing drugs, they like the feel of ecstasy when they’re having their new relationship I’m telling you when a couple is having hot and passionate sex at the casino. Long-term I see so many men having affairs and ruining their relationships because they, it feels good in the short-term, the devil controls people by making negative thinking and destructive actions, pleasing to them. What you have to do is every day at work. You see you got to try to over deliver hanover, deliver your treat exceed the expectations of every single person. You come in contact with, because why? Because that is going to bake you overpaid in the future, cathartic cathartic thing, you see a lot of times. If you are feeling bad, you have to tell somebody else right:cuz, cathartically, it’s a psychological term. That means providing relief through the open expression of strong emotions. So what happens is if you’re refreshed, but you just got to get it out, give her say you can never said I just got to get it out. I just got to I got to get I got I just got to tell somebody.
