We are going to talk about in this segment. Creating business coaching print materials that are better than your competition in every single way. To start off by reading some notable quotable get into the conversation feel like that’s a good idea. Humans do not live long enough who sings brian, tracy, brian, tracy, the legendary business trainer and new york times bestselling author. He says humans do not live long enough to learn everything for yourself. Agree with that part of the quote. Everything about that! Do you live long enough to learn everything for yourself. I would say:no humans do not live long enough to learn everything for yourself. So it’s important that we learn from experts. The people that succeed are those that learn from experts that have come before they sure isaac newton. If you were here today, he probably haven’t got an english accent and he would say if I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants, english, petition, astronomer and clc lodging and author in physicist and I was known as the father of the scientific revolution did you know he also invented the fig newton. What it’s not a cookie! Are you being crazy, yeah, I’m, crazy? That’s what that’s!
Okay, that’s! Okay! So what you have to do. Is you have to understand that you could start from scratch? You could reinvent the wheel, but that would take longer so dr. Zoellner chimes in and he says, you must mystery shop your competition to win because it is business coaching is more like war, then not mr. Chow. So true, and we have two things that were always talking about, one is to be a pirate and not a pioneer. Also is you can learn from mentors or mistakes right so don’t make the all the mistakes there’s somebody out there is already creating all these print pieces and all these materials that are in front of your ideal. Unlikely buyers then take some of those ideas. You can only get your hand cut off once you can only get your peg leg cut off. What you want to do. Those red nation understand the doctors on these principles, not as a result of being bored genius, 13 multimillion-dollar companies on the verge of 14 right now with another one, that’s kind of exciting, but it’s not because we’re geniuses it’s just because we literally think about how do we won up? How do we make our product better hurry? They are service better than the competition, and that starts with at the very core ideas. How do you solve the problem for your ideal and likely buyers in a way that is fabulous in a way? That’s going to blow their mind, so just think about that for a second right now. That is really really really really really blowing the minds of their customers now that they have a product.
The one who invented this prod, but their product is made now it just so much better than the competition people are now swapping over in trying it out for the first time they’re going. This is pretty awesome, didn’t even know it existed before got a perfect one to oasis float center in teahouse over at the farm shopping center here now, so they do what that’s called a float tank. Okay, so as float tank is, is a is a sensory deprivation tank that you get into a pool of you know me deepest water with 700 lb of epsom salt. The water is heated to the temperature, your skin, so it’s literally like being in zero gravity. The lights are off. You can’t see, hear smell, you can’t feel anything touching you you’re literally floating, so it turns off all of your senses. Now there’s other businesses that do this, but what deb over there to h2oasis is so awesome. It is creating an experience that is really clean, really awesome and really business coaching functional. Okay, a lot of problems at these closer to have as their tanks get dirty because there’s people going in them over and over here at 8, saturday or anytime I haven’t heard about it. But I don’t know what that means, but yes, the experience and made it to where it is perfection. Every time you’re in and out of the employees know what to say they have say she’s, making a perfect experience every time you urine in and urine out exactly no, that’s not what happened. I don’t have that level of cleanliness, and so people are loving it and we’re working with her on marketing right now and we’re just getting to the website leave them. Things are going really well, but it’s because she does that she’s created an experience in marketing and print materials that are way way better than her competition. You know what I thought about this for about 7 to 10 seconds and yes, the hit song, the the village people, put out back in the day called macho man.
It starts up body body body body about it. I think that to be unsuccessful in her industry, you would want to cater to the nacho man I love nacho, the guy who goes in the in the pool with his nachos you’ve. Just been real good I want nachos now that they don’t clean out, but I see it all the time so I’m going to give you some pretty harsh notable quotable time for ben horowitz he’s the guy who built ops where which he sold to hewlett-packard for 1.6 billion. You can’t succeed by make making something just a little better. People are fundamentally lazy and they’re not going to adopt something you’re not going to start buying from you, unless it’s at least 10 times better than what they already have the incumbents. The other people have already feeling that niche are happy to make lots of money offering customers something that they’re familiar with to win. You have to build a business coaching breakthrough. Jimmy john’s major enough to cannibalize the business against subway, made very good sandwiches for a very good time for a very long time, very good. That’s great! Okay, sandwiches, good sandwiches for a consistent amount of time.
Bingo then come jimmy, john’s sandwiches to the next level. It’s. The move files on this is the guy who built linkedin. He says if your id is a little better or a little faster. That doesn’t mean anything the only competitive differentiators that matter are ten times greater differences. If your idea doesn’t offer that you should be really paranoid, that’s not a good one. Otherwise it won’t drive adoption my customers, most especially where investors or employees here are the action items pieces of your competition and take photos of them. Vin conceptual design, with your business coach print pieces that are significantly gigantically tremendously extraordinary li better than the competition. That is how you win. You’ve got to one-up double up triple up 10 times up, make your stuff significantly better than your competition, and you will win, but you got to get competitive. You got a bit fire desire and you’ve got to outperform out producer, make the best freaking business coaching print pieces on the planet. So you can destroy and guesstimate your competition and take all of the money that they used to have, and you can take that money to buy yourself. Shoes by your wife choose. Take your kids to disneyland, but business is much more like more than it is like a game, in my humble opinion, and an opinion of doctors on and let’s make it better
