Everyone can agree that they want time and financial freedom. The problem is not everyone is willing to make the business coaching, the trade-ups it takes to stay on the path to time and financial freedom. Many people quit when they’ve only just taken one step and some people quit when they’re even halfway there. But the few that go the entire way and get to their time and financial freedom and reach the top of the mountain are the few successful ones who achieve their goals and are able to enjoy their time. It is amazing what people are able to achieve simply by staying on their path and saying no to the countless distractions that grab at their attention day by day.
Day in and day out sacrificing your time to build up your systems and look for deals is what it takes to get to the top of the mountain.
People understand that it takes some business coaching or some trade-ups to make money work for you. You have to put in the work and make the sacrifices to reap the reward. When it comes to time freedom you have to put in time on the front end to create the systems and higher the team who will run the business day today. And when it comes to real estate as a means of time freedom takes work to get the deals and make that money work for you instead of you for the money. Many folks get discouraged and think that time freedom is not something they will ever see however with diligence and sacrifice you will get there.
Day in and day out sacrificing your time to build up your systems and look for deals is what it takes to get to the top of the mountain. Once at the top of the mountain money is working for you and you can use the money as a vehicle to spend time how you want to. If you want to spend each and every day playing golf eight hours a day you’re able to do that after you have time and financial freedom.
If you are wanting to start a nonprofit and volunteer for the rest of your life serving others you can do that after you have time in the financial freedom to worry about how you will get the profits to continue volunteering and serving others. But when it comes down to it is the initial day-to-day consistency of completing mundane tasks, building systems and checklists, hiring and training staff, delegating to a manager, following up with a said manager in a weekly meeting. All of these steps are 100% doable however many people struggle to stay on target.
Take this as encouragement, next time you want to stray off path or get distracted by what your logo looks like or what your business coaching employees are complaining about. Stop and remember that you need to stay on the path. Distractions come each and every day and will never stop. Get great at saying no, it is very difficult for humans to stay consistent so the one thing you must do is stay consistent. The consistency will reward itself in the end and has great payoffs however you must remain consistent to get there! So remember to focus on your daily tasks and building your systems or if you’re real estate then look for the deals, but stay consistent.
