This week we talked a lot about being all in and whatever you’re doing. Specifically, with the way our coaching program works, we are only able to withhold 160 clients at all times. This means that we can work with 160 different businesses at one given time because that is what Clay has chosen to handle in the number of people that our team can support. Every single week, we get dozens if not hundreds of leads that come in from different business owners that would like to utilize our coaching program. Clay and the team here absolutely loves being able to work with business owners one-on-one but unfortunately, we are not able to work with all of them. This is why Clay has created his business conferences so that way everyone can receive the knowledge and utilize it to grow their business.
You have to be 100% committed to whatever you are committing to without any doubt.
How did the leads that come into the Thrivetime show, most of them are not actually a good fit for our program? It really could be a lot of different things and reasons why they wouldn’t be a good fit but a common one is a fact that they may not want to implement 100% of the path that Clay has made. For each one of the businesses that we work with, Clay spends hours creating a proven path that is guaranteed to get them to win in business. This plan has been proven over and over and utilizing it 100% and taking action on everything on the path will result in success. Commonly, the people who reach out are oftentimes great people that would love to grow their businesses but don’t always want to implement the plan with the path 100%. This is a great example of not being in 100%. If you were going to choose to do something or go down as pacific path, you must commit and go down at 100%. These kinds of scenarios typically end with us not working with a business owner because they are not 100% committed.
If you have a lead that comes in and they don’t seem committed after you’ve gone through your rapport, needs, benefits, and your close, it might not end up being a good fit. Also, if you were in the process of selling something to your customer, and they do not seem all in, stop the clothes and keep going back to the benefits until they are wowed. It is very important that you don’t go for the clothes until you have Wild your customer until they are 100% button.
This goes further than just in sales in your business. If you personally aren’t but in whatever you’re committed to her to whatever your goals are, you will never reach that. What do they are your fitness goals, your family goals, your faith goals, your financial goals, your friendship goals, or even your Fun goals? If you were not committed then you’re never going to reach those goals. You have to 100% sell out to your goal if you ever plan on reaching it.
Every successful person that I’ve met has been very decisive and very stable in their decision making. When I see a successful person make a decision, they typically think about it and then make the decision very quickly. After they have made a decision from the evidence that they have measured, they typically never waiver or change the answer again. You have to be 100% committed to whatever you are committing to without any doubt. If you’re not committed, it will never work. You should never go blindly into anything without research or doing some digging first though. Make sure you refine before you act and then always Measure your actions and refine it to make it better than next time.
