Speaker 1:
Some shows don’t need a celebrity narrator to introduce the show, but this show does. In a world filled with endless opportunities why would two men who have built 13 multimillion dollar businesses altruistically invest five hours per day to teach you the best practice business systems and moves that you can use? Because they believe in you and they have a lot of time on their hands. They started from the bottom, now they’re here. It’s the Thrive Time Show starring the former US Small Business Administrations Entrepreneur of the Year, Clay Clark, and the entrepreneur trapped inside an optometrist body, Dr. Robert Sumner. Two men, eight kids co-created by two different women, 13 multimillion dollar businesses.

Get ready to enter the Thrivetime Show.

Clay:
All right, Aaron Antis, on today’s edition of the Thrive Time Show, we’re talking about why most people are sitting on their own diamond mines and why the surest way to lose your diamond mind is to get bored or to become over ambitious or to start thinking that the grass is greener on the other side. And why you have to find your core focus and stick to it and devote your time and resources to excelling at it.
Aaron Antis:
I like that.
Clay:
Let me repeat it again. We’re talking today about most people are sitting on their own diamond mines. And the surest way to lose your diamond mind is to get bored or to become over ambitious or to start thinking that the grass is greener on the other side, when really the key to success is focus.
Aaron Antis:
Focus.
Clay:
Focus on core tasks until success.
So if you go to thrivetimeshow.com/millionaire thrivetimeshow.com/millionaire, you can follow along folks. So thrivetimeshow.com/millionaire, and then you hit enter, boom. Oh, got to type it right. Thrivetimeshow.com/millionaire, hit enter, boom there, we’re there. And you can download a e-book copy of any book I’ve ever written. And we’re going to be reading today from a millionaire’s guide, how to become sustainably rich. So if it’s okay, I would like to focus specifically today on the dentistry business as an example.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Okay. So years ago I had a client that reached out to me and they said, man, you guys, Clay, your client Oxyfresh is killing the game. I mean, these guys are on fire. I’ve heard the success stories, I’ve heard about the home builders you’re helping, I’ve heard about the other dentists you’re helping. I’ve heard about, and I would love for you to help me.
And I said, okay, let’s do it. And I sit down with the client and I say, so with your particular business, if you want to be top in Google, what city are you in? The client tells me the city, and I lay out for the client, here are the five things that you need to do to be top in Google. Okay? So step one, okay, you want to make your website canonically, okay, canonically slash Google compliant. And they say, what is that? I said, it’s a great question. I’ve written a book about it. You can download the book for free called Search Engine Domination thrivetimeshow.com/millionaire, but basically your website has to adhere to all the rules that Google has.
Aaron Antis:
Yep, and they have a couple.
Clay:
And step two is your website has to be… Make your website mobile compliant. Mobile compliant. Does the website adhere to all the Google compliance rules that Google has established?
Three…
Aaron Antis:
People are looking on their phones.
Clay:
You must create more original H T M L content than your competition. And then step four is you need to create, you need to gather objective Google reviews from your happy clients, and five, you need to turn on your social media ads and never turn them off, okay? And never turn them off. Now there’s a lot more detail into that, but want to, this is the steps.
Aaron Antis:
Those are the steps.
Clay:
But the client was saying, okay, yeah, I got, let’s do it. I’m excited. There’s, there’s an initial excitement.
Aaron Antis:
There is.
Clay:
Woo. It’s a new thing to quote Rick Flair. Woo. And there’s an initial excitement, right?
Aaron Antis:
Yes, there is.
Clay:
Woo. Like the first date for business. It’s exciting, man.
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah.
Clay:
Come on…
Aaron Antis:
You’re dating, you’re out on your honeymoon right now on this thing.
Clay:
It’s exciting. I mean that’s exciting stuff.
Aaron Antis:
It is exciting.
Clay:
Exciting stuff, new.
Aaron Antis:
But then after a while, Clay, it’s like, hmm, I already did that stuff and we’re canonically compliant already [inaudible 00:05:29].
Clay:
So I’m going to give you an example, I want to brag about one of my clients here. Okay. This is Dr. Morrow. Great client, very easy to work with. Phenomenal client. Just great guy. And there’s a lot of detail that goes into this beyond just these… I’m just trying to give some meat on the bones, some examples, but there’s a lot more detail. But anyway, so Dr. Marrow super easy to work with. We take his website and we optimize it and we make it where the site… We built this website, always improving it. But we made it so that the website itself adheres to the Google rules. Now let me just show some of the details. One, the website is WordPress based.
Two, it has a horizontal navigation bar. Three, it has a site map, an XML site map at the bottom that Google can’t see. And then an eight… Or that Google can see, but humans can’t see. That’s called X M L site map. Then it has an H T M L site map. That’s right this H T M L site map, which is a, you click it and it shows all the pages of the website indexed there for Google.
Aaron Antis:
It’s got to be two clicks from the homepage.
Clay:
There it is. And then you go here and your right click and you view the page source. And he’s optimized his title and his description, his title tags and his description and his keywords. And we did all that. And the client was so easy to work with Dr. Marrow, great job. Second step, we had to make it mobile compliant.
Mobile compliant is, does it adhere to the rules that Google wants a website to have… To the structure they want it to have if it’s pulled up on Google.
Aaron Antis:
On a phone.
Clay:
On a phone.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Okay. So that’s how that works. Okay, so does it work well on a phone?
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
The third is we have to create more content. He says, well, how do I do that? And I said, what we’re going to do is either you or I need to write a thousand words of content per page on the website. And he says “on every page?” I said, yeah, every page. And into his credit, he did it.
Aaron Antis:
That’s good.
Clay:
Maybe he pulled down his sleeves or pulled up his sleeves. I don’t know, he’s a dentist. I mean maybe. I don’t know how that works. But he did something with the sleeve and he started typing.
Aaron Antis:
He did.
Clay:
I think he took his dental gloves off and his dental mask off maybe. I don’t know. I mean, who knows?
Aaron Antis:
Hopefully it’d be easier.
Clay:
Maybe he wore goggles, who knows. But he starts typing.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
And I’m sure at a certain point he no longer wanted to type anymore. He had reached peak type. You ever had peak type where you reached peak type.
Aaron Antis:
I’d probably be at one page in and get there.
Clay:
Yeah. I mean, a lot of times people we get to peak type, I don’t what type anymore.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
But he kept typing.
Aaron Antis:
Cramp up [inaudible 00:07:51].
Clay:
But he pushed through. Yeah, he pushed through the adversity though. It was like…
Aaron Antis:
Salt cramp. But that space bar over and over again.
Clay:
And I’m kind of joking about it, but what is the deal there, right there? Because you see people that who’ve come to you and they say “Aaron Antis, I would like for you to refer me to your business coach guy.”
And they come here and it’s about a 50 50. Some people really, really right away, they implement what we teach and they do it. But some people are like, I just, what am I supposed to do? I tell them what to do.
Aaron Antis:
They go home and forget.
Clay:
They go home and I forgot I got busy.
Aaron Antis:
The dog ate it.
Clay:
Are they getting cramping? What is happening? I think it’s…
Aaron Antis:
Like you said, I mean, ideas are easy. It’s implementation that’s difficult. And so there’s a lot of people that are like, tell me what the ideas are. And then they start down the path and they’re like, the implementation is kind of difficult. I don’t know if I can do the implementation thing. That’s a little tough. That means this thing called, it’s a four letter word, Clay. It’s called Work. And that’s where it gets difficult because, and it’s not fun work.
Clay:
Now, I don’t know. Because I’ve probably hurt my head at some point, hit my head on something. I like working. You like working.
Aaron Antis:
I do.
Clay:
So you and I really don’t get stuck here.
Aaron Antis:
No, but a lot of people do.
Clay:
But they do, so I don’t know. So I’m going to try to give all sorts of education motivation. I’m going to try to hit all that, but I want to… The main idea is the ideas are easy, however, it’s the implementation that matters most. And a lot of times we know what to do, but are we doing it? Okay, so one, the website, he made it canonically compliant. Two, great job. We made the website mobile compliant, three H T M L. I said, we have to write a thousand words of content per page. He says, I’m going to do it. Now, the next thing I said, we need to have more content than your competition.
And he goes, well, how many pages do they need to have? Now there’s tools, there’s one great tool called semrush.com. You can pay for this tool semrush.com. Powerful tool. I like it presenter tool called Moz moz.com. You can spend your whole life looking at these data analytics. But the main thing I want to know is how many pages of content do I need to beat my competition? And at the time I said, you’re going to need about a hundred Google reviews and you’re going to need, in terms of total content to be relevant. And I know this because some of the clients that he was competing with are my former clients. So to show up in the top 10 in the Google searches to be top on the map, you’re getting to need about a hundred Google reviews and probably a thousand pages of content.
Aaron Antis:
Oh, that’s it.
Clay:
That’s only a million words. And that’s the way he responded though.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Was like, oh, okay.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah, I know where the target is. I know where the goal is and what the steps are.
Clay:
And so his thing was, well, do I need to write it or can you write it? Yeah. And I said, well, that’s a great question. There’s a great program called luckyorange.com, luckyorange.com. And by the way, folks at the end of today’s show, I wrote an entire song about what rhymes with oranges. And I’m going to play that at the end of it just because I thought that was, so I got excited about it and I stayed focused on it until a song came out.
Aaron Antis:
I don’t think anything rhymes with it.
Clay:
Oh no, it does. So you got a luckyorange.com, and this shows you on your website where people are clicking.
So if you go to mlkdentistry.com and you look at this beautiful website and you go, wow, we look at Lucky Orange, we put Lucky Orange on the site, and it shows you where people are clicking. Visually you can see, and I explained this to him and he was very receptive, but I said, nobody, as a general rule, I’m talking less than 5% of users ever scrolled down beyond the initial presentation above the fold.
Aaron Antis:
It’s called above the fold.
Clay:
Right. So if someone goes to shawhomes.com, and again, if you put luckyorange.com on there, very few people scroll down here, because most people spend their effort up here. It’s like a newspaper article. Most people open the newspaper and they see above the fold, and they go, oh, I’m just going to read the headline. Very few people read. Very few people open up the whole newspaper and read the rest.
Aaron Antis:
Yep. Exactly.
Clay:
That’s just a human nature thing. Very few people read the entire article. They usually read just the top of the article.
Aaron Antis:
That’s right.
Clay:
So we had to… Explained this to him, he said, “you know what? That makes sense. I’m going to have you guys write the content.”
Aaron Antis:
That’s good.
Clay:
So we did that for them.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah. I mean…
Clay:
Now this is the thing. I sat down with the client and I said, “Hey, now if you want to write the content, I don’t know how long it would take you to write a page of content, but internally, I charge $15 if I’m going to write the content for you. Okay. So yeah, if you want my team to do it, talking about somebody who’s going to take half hour to write it, someone else take about 15 minutes to upload it and to make sure we submit it to Google properly and organize it, so $15.”
And he says, “so if I pay you to write a thousand articles at $15 a piece”
Aaron Antis:
$15,000.
Clay:
“$15,000, I’m topping Google.”
Aaron Antis:
Yep.
Clay:
“I’m a dentist. I mean, if I even get 10 patients that brings in that amount.”
Aaron Antis:
Easily.
Clay:
“Let’s go.”
Aaron Antis:
Let’s do it.
Clay:
So another example. Okay shawhomes.com. My wife and I know many people that, or we’re friends with that have used Shaw Homes to build their home, and they’re very happy with it. So if I went to your website and I said, wow, we got some new houses here. This is kind of cool. I’m going to look in the communities. I look around 85 homes available. I don’t know, there’s so many choices. Oh, oh yeah. Yes. That’s why. Van Buren baby Woo. Right?
Aaron Antis:
Yep.
Clay:
So I call you up and I say… And we’re just going to role play this. Ready?
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
I’m calling you. You’re Shaw Homes. I’m a buyer.
Aaron Antis:
Okay.
Thank you for calling Shaw Homes. This is Aaron. How can I make your day great?
Clay:
Hey man, I want to buy that 1 9 1 3 East Van Buren Street in Broken Arrow, 7 4 0 1 1, 3 bedrooms 2 bath, stat.
Aaron Antis:
Oh, awesome. And who am I talking to?
Clay:
Clay.
Aaron Antis:
Hey, clay. And just in case we get disconnected, is there a number, what’s the best number to reach you at?
Clay:
Yeah. 9 1 8 8 5 1 0 1 0 2, folks by the way, if you’re listening, that’s my actual cell phone number, 9 1 8 8 5 1 0 1 0 2. That’s my phone number.
Aaron Antis:
Yep. Okay, great. And so first of all, how did you hear about Shaw Holmes?
Clay:
It’s crazy, but I listened to this incredible show called The Thrive Time Show, and whoa, it was a great show and I heard you on there.
Aaron Antis:
Yep. Okay, awesome. And overall, how familiar are you with Shaw Homes?
Clay:
Not really. I mean, I looked around at Google and I saw that you guys were one of the most reviewed companies, saw you in the top of the search, and that’s how I heard about you.
Aaron Antis:
Okay, great. Well, first of all, if you’ve got a pen there, I’d like to tell you a couple of things that you might not be aware of.
Clay:
Yeah. Let me get my pen.
Aaron Antis:
With regards to Shaw Homes.
Clay:
Getting a pen. Here we go.
Aaron Antis:
First of all, we are our Oklahoma’s highest rated and most reviewed home builder. So what that means to you is that there’s a lot of people before you who have already tried our company and found us to be the top in the state. And that’s why we’re rated so high. Second, we actually have more furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder in the state of Oklahoma, which means, I don’t know if you’re like me, but a lot of people say that it’s easier to walk through a home that has the furniture in it, so they can tell whether their king size bed fits in the master bedroom with two nightstands and a dresser and those types of things. So we’ve got more furnished and decorated homes than any other builder in the state of Oklahoma.
Clay:
Wow.
Aaron Antis:
And third, right now, we have the most incredible incentive. Right now, if you are in the market to do something before the end of this month, we are giving $40,000 in incentives for you to purchase before the end of the month. So if you want to buy down your interest rate…
Clay:
Wow.
Aaron Antis:
Permanently, lock your interest rate long term, or you want us to pay your closing costs or all three of those things, we can do all of that for you if you’re looking to purchase before the end of this month. So I know you’re probably super busy and right now…
Clay:
Oh yeah, baby.
Aaron Antis:
We are totally jamming right now.
Clay:
Jamming.
Aaron Antis:
This is one of the busiest times we’ve ever had in the industry. But is during the week or on the weekend best for you to come see that home?
Clay:
Weekends are good for me.
Aaron Antis:
Okay, great. And is Saturday or Sunday better?
Clay:
Saturday is great.
Aaron Antis:
Awesome. It looks like right now I have an opening at 10:00 AM and another one at 5:00 PM.
Clay:
Five.
Aaron Antis:
Which one should I put you down for?
Clay:
Five.
Aaron Antis:
Okay. Five o’clock. All right.
Clay:
Now quick time out. So right there, everything about this seems very normal.
Aaron Antis:
Yep.
Clay:
Now let’s go through the second appointment. Okay?
Aaron Antis:
Okay.
Clay:
I’m supposed to meet you at five o’clock. Yep. And I don’t show up. Okay?
Aaron Antis:
Oh.
Clay:
So you’re calling me to just see what’s up. Ready?
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Ready?
Yeah, this is Clay. Hey. Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
Hey Clay. This is Aaron over at Shaw Homes. How are you doing?
Clay:
I’m doing great, man. Doing great.
Aaron Antis:
Awesome, man. Hey, would it be helpful if I texted you a map pin of where we’re meeting right now? I’m there right now.
Clay:
Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
How close are you?
Clay:
Well, I’m at my house.
Aaron Antis:
Oh, okay. Well, great. Did something happen? You have an emergency?
Clay:
Yeah, I couldn’t get there.
Aaron Antis:
Okay. All right. Well, obviously I’d still love to show you the home.
Clay:
I want to see it too.
Aaron Antis:
Are you thinking you’re going to be able to come out yet this evening?
Clay:
No.
Aaron Antis:
Or you need to reschedule for another day?
Clay:
I want to see it. I just can’t get there.
Aaron Antis:
Okay, great. Well, what time tomorrow would work best for you? I’ve got an opening at 10:00 AM or one at 6:00 PM, which one of those work for you?
Clay:
Let’s go 6:00 PM.
Aaron Antis:
Okay, great. 6:00 PM And then what I’m going to do is when we hang up, I’m going to text you…
Clay:
Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
A Google map pin of exactly where you’re going to meet me.
Clay:
Okay, got it.
Aaron Antis:
And I’ll look forward to seeing you tomorrow at 6:00 PM.
Clay:
Now let’s role play this incident. This all seems kind of familiar. You’ve given the customer now the benefit of the doubt. You were joyful. You were kind. You gave him a map pin now?
Aaron Antis:
Yep.
Clay:
Next day I don’t show up again. Ready?
Aaron Antis:
Okay.
Clay:
Here we go.
Aaron Antis:
All right.
Clay:
Yeah. This is Clay. Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
Hey Clay, this is Aaron over at Shaw Homes. How are you doing?
Clay:
I am rocking.
Aaron Antis:
Awesome, man. Hey, I know last night you had something come up and then I’m here right now.
Clay:
Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
Are you close or?
Clay:
No, I’m still here. Still here at my house.
Aaron Antis:
Oh, okay. Great. Well, just so I know, is there something that we could do to make this a little easier for you? Would you like to do maybe a, we could zoom, I could walk through the home.
Clay:
Yeah.
Aaron Antis:
Show you over video chat the home or…
Clay:
Now pause.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
See, at a certain point you kind of feel like you’re watching. What about Bob?
Aaron Antis:
Yes.
Clay:
Because I clearly know what to do.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
You’ve told me what to do, but I’m not doing it.
Aaron Antis:
This happens.
Clay:
And this is what happens in general with entrepreneurs.
Aaron Antis:
Right.
Clay:
Because most people are sitting on their own diamond mines. And the surest way for people to lose their diamond mind is to get bored, become over ambitious, or to start thinking that the grass is greener on the other side.
Aaron Antis:
That’s true.
Clay:
You have to find your core focus and stick to it and devote your time and resources to excelling at it. Gino Wickman, author of Traction.
Aaron Antis:
Traction. Yeah.
Clay:
Yeah. And to quote of my good friend Rick Flair. Woo. All right. But I feel like a lot of times people are not as diligent as you know, our good friends at Morrow online. Now let’s talk about another diligent client here. Okay. So if you type in carpet cleaning quotes, the client that I’ve worked with now for almost 15 years has more Google reviews than any other company in the world.
Aaron Antis:
That’s pretty remarkable, that’s…
Clay:
He had 244,000 reviews.
Aaron Antis:
He’s coming up on a quarter million here.
Clay:
Every single time they clean carpets, they ask for a review. Let me brag out another client. Colaw Fitness, if you type in Joplin, Gyms, that’s the number Jo… That’s the…
Aaron Antis:
And that’s G Y M, not J I M. That’s a difference.
Clay:
You ever Joplin James? That’s a wild member of the Soggy Bottom Boys. That’s a band that performs at night at the VFW. Hey, but anyway, so Joplin Gyps. No, but if you…
Aaron Antis:
9,000.
Clay:
Yeah and the closest guy’s got 118 and 592.
Aaron Antis:
Planet Fitness is never going to catch up with Colaw Fitness.
Clay:
And again, there’s so many aspects to growing a business I’m just right now focusing on the search engine. And I’m only going to go from search engine into sales and then I’m going to move on because I just want to get this point across. Colaw, every single week this homeboy writes his articles.
Aaron Antis:
Every week.
Clay:
And before his team began writing the articles. Because his company’s massive, now they’ve grown from one location to five. We used to write all the content for them. And the reason why I charge $15 per articles because I want to make a 20% profit margin. So I want to make a total of $3 per article. That’s what I want to make. And I don’t apologize for it, nor did he complain about it. It’s a good thing. And I told the clients, when they pay me for articles, they expect me to write the articles. You go to the grocery store, you pay for the groceries, you expect to leave with the groceries. For some reason there’s this weird deal called wanta-preneurship. wantra-preneurship. They want to be successful, but they don’t want to do the work.
And it’s a bizarre thing.
Aaron Antis:
So true.
Clay:
When somebody knows what to do, but they won’t do it. And it creates this really weird zone because I, as a consultant, all I want to do is make sure that you grow your business. So when you go up here to thrivetimeshow.com, and you look at the testimonials, these people are all successful. 2000 success stories. And it’s not like these people are super dumb or super geniuses or super… All they are is just great people who are willing to do the work. And so you think about people like this particular lady, Kirsten White, she was a startup and never done a business full-time in her life. This is her first thing. She’s never been a full-time owner of anything. And there she is, very, very normal person. She’s an interior designer. And she did over a million dollars of revenue within 18 months of starting with our program.
Aaron Antis:
Wow.
Clay:
As an interior designer.
Aaron Antis:
Wow.
Clay:
Where there’s virtually no overhead.
Aaron Antis:
That’s amazing.
Clay:
Because she was willing to put in the work.
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah.
Clay:
And I just think there’s this weird zone we have as a culture where I would call it secular humanism. And that’s where people believe that their feelings are the ultimate authority.
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah.
Clay:
And they go, well, I want to be topping Google. I want to write the content, but I just, I didn’t, but I’m going to.
Aaron Antis:
And then next week.
Clay:
And they don’t.
Aaron Antis:
But I didn’t, but I’m going to. And then the next week, the same thing.
Clay:
And then they say, look, I need more education. That was the problem.
Aaron Antis:
Education and motivation. Those are [inaudible 00:22:41]
Clay:
[inaudible 00:22:41] Culture…
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Celebrates it. Oh, you need more motivation. More education.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah. Well I just didn’t feel it this weekend. Is there something you can tell me?
Clay:
Well, I’ll tell you what you need more motivation.
Aaron Antis:
That will get me off my rear end.
Clay:
You need more education because you need more motivation.
Aaron Antis:
Right?
Clay:
Because that’s what it is. It’s over and over. And I don’t do that. And my client…
Aaron Antis:
I need to go back to college.
Clay:
And so my clients I work with, they all have massive success. Not because they’re geniuses, but they’re following a proven plan. Now let’s continue. We’re going to move on to the… So this is just search engine optimization 1 0 1. And again, I wrote a whole book about it called Search Engine Domination. You can download that for free thrivetimesshow.com/millionaire. You can download the book at thrivetimesshow.com/millionaire. Or if you want to buy my book, and by the way, I make dozens of dollars a day with my book sales because the way…
Aaron Antis:
You have like 30 books.
Clay:
Actually, it’s really interesting. But I have so many books that I’ve written and when I write these books, people will call me and go, dude, I loved your book on whatever the topic was.
And I say, I appreciate that. And they go, man, a couple of my friends have your books too. You must be killing it. And I go, oh yeah. I mean I’m definitely selling books, but I’m not making any money selling books. And the reason why is because book writing is by and the large, not a very profitable thing when you’re writing about the specific steps that someone needs to take to grow their business. Because a lot of people, they don’t want to know what, they don’t really want to learn the specific stuff. They want to read books about motivation. And that’s not what I do. So if you go here, you can download the book or you can buy them all. Let me pull it up here so you can see it. Folks. We’re going to go to thrivetimshow.com, click on shop now.
And you go here and you go, oof. I want to buy one of your books so you can make dozens of dollars. Well, okay, well we can step one. You want to buy the book. Where is the book? Can’t find the book. Buy the book. Can’t find the book. Well, that’s going to make it harder to buy.
Aaron Antis:
Search. No top left.
Clay:
Top left.
Aaron Antis:
No search engine. You’re looking…
Clay:
Search. I got podcast domination. I got to talk to Devin about this. Well, okay, well it could be hard to buy. That could be hard to buy today. We could make it more difficult. But you go here and all my books, I’ll have that up here by the time you probably watch this show, I’ll have it back up there. But you go there and you can purchase the book there. It’s called Search Engine Domination. Or you can download the book for free at thrivetimeshow.com/resources.
So the next thing, next step though of the super success of this particular client that I’m focusing on today, Mara Lion Kitterman, is I said we need to install a tracking sheet. So you create a tracking sheet, and when you create a tracking sheet, you want to track where every single lead comes from. And you wouldn’t believe how many people, Aaron, sane adults, you would think they’re sane, will say to me, I can’t get my staff to ask where the lead came from.
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah, I hear that all the time.
Clay:
Do you hear that?
Aaron Antis:
Yeah, I hear that around your office. Yeah.
Clay:
Do you hear that?
Aaron Antis:
Yeah, I do.
Clay:
You meet wonderful clients at conferences and they’re like, I just can’t get my team to ask. Not Shaw Homes, you don’t have that problem.
Aaron Antis:
No. We know…
Clay:
Why?
Aaron Antis:
Because we ask everybody where they come from. Just like I did when we were doing the script [inaudible 00:25:40].
Clay:
How do you get your team to do it?
Aaron Antis:
Everything is on a script. So when we answer our phone, there’s a script and we ask them what it is and then we document it in our tracking sheet.
Clay:
And you, that’s what you do.
Aaron Antis:
That’s what we do. And we count it and we keep looking at it, make sure it’s working. If the numbers start to change, it becomes the dashboard in your car, your tracking sheet. Is that like the dashboard in your car? The gauges are telling you what’s happening? Oh, I’m going too fast, I’m going too slow, I’m running out of gas. Whatever it is, it tells you, gosh, all of a sudden I’m not getting any leads from Google. I wonder what’s going on. All of a sudden my leads have slowed way down.
And then you go check, oh, I forgot to update the expiration date on my credit card for my Google ads.
Clay:
Now can I show you the, this is like bonus training here. Okay,
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
We just discovered that that page was missing off of that site. So I put it on the to-do list.
Aaron Antis:
It’s on the to-do list.
Clay:
And I will call Devin and I’ll make sure it gets done. And right here, these are 40… 58 videos I’m supposed to be watching here tomorrow.
Aaron Antis:
Oh.
Clay:
Each is about 10 minutes long.
Aaron Antis:
Okay.
Clay:
And anytime somebody of credibility sends me a video, oh, you need to watch this. You check it out, I put it on the list, try to work through it every day. But this is my to-do list of things I have to get done. I put it on there. That’s how it gets done. But again, with the dentist, I said, we need to install a tracking sheet. He says, no problem.
Yes. Then I say, okay, what we want to do is we want to install a sales script for inbound calls. When the phone rings, you would’ve a sales script you want to install a frequently asked questions document, a FAQ, frequently asked questions document, okay and a couple more things, a couple questions. Then we want to install a pre-written email when people fill out the form, a pre-written email, you want to install a pre-written text for people when they fill out the form. So your team calls and text them. And then you want to install call recording. I recommend a company called clarityvoice.com. You could find any other company you want to use. I just recommend them because I use them myself. But you want to record the calls to make sure your team is actually following the system.
Aaron Antis:
We do that.
Clay:
So Aaron, we got search engine optimization 101. And we got sales optimization 101. But back to the point that you said earlier, the ideas are easy. It’s the implementation that matters most. So I would say a lot of people reach out to me, they schedule their free 13 point assessment because they want to know what to do. But I would argue that even more people want to actually do it.
Aaron Antis:
I think people, when you start laying out the ideas, here’s what you need to do in order for this to take off. Then they turn into the person who’s critical of all the ideas.
Clay:
There it is.
Aaron Antis:
And then the reason they don’t implement is because they’ve got a reason why your ideas aren’t going to work.
Clay:
There it is.
Aaron Antis:
Even though they’re like, wait a minute, all these business owners that you’ve been helping have had success. They’re like, they want to argue about, well, you don’t understand. Yeah…
Clay:
Can we move on to. If it’s okay, can we do online reputation management 101? Because we’ll do that too.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
Because we’re teaching so much stuff here. Let’s do it. So one I tell… And this is all stuff the client does, I said, Hey, we need to do online reputation management. Now, if you’re on the Reawaken America tour, we can’t help you. That’s a, that’s not something that we’re… If we’re the victims of hit pieces, that’s what we do. But online reputation management. So we say, one, I want you to gather an objective video review from every happy patient. And the client says, sure. In fact, this Monday we’ve worked with a client for almost seven years, and this Monday we scheduled more. Every Monday we’re scheduled more. It’s crazy. We go out there, we shoot videos, someone says, I want to see an example of that. Okay, we go up here to pmhokc.com. You go here and when you go here, you see reviews. So Randy Androgen has a review section on his website that’s a client. We’ve helped him grow from 50,000 a month to, this is crazy, 400,000 a week. So from 50,000 a month to 1.6 million a month, 50,000 a month to 1.6.
Aaron Antis:
That’s a lot. That’s a huge increase.
Clay:
In just over 25 months. But we track, we have the video testimonials because it turns out people want to watch reviews before they decide to take action.
Aaron Antis:
They absolutely do.
Clay:
shawhomes.com. Someone says, I need more examples. We go to shawhomes.com. I would argue that Shaw Homes has more video reviews than anybody in America.
Aaron Antis:
We have a lot.
Clay:
I think you have more than anybody in America here. You get them every week, you do a great job. So that’s how that works. Okay, so we got online Reputation management one. You gather an objective review from every happy patient or every happy customer. Okay? Two, as you want to gather an objective review from your happy clients an objective Google review, okay? And again, some industries, I work with a lot of doctors and getting a Web MD review is important for them. But as a general rule. Most businesses, it’s a Google review.
Aaron Antis:
And a video review.
Clay:
And a video review.
Aaron Antis:
And put them on YouTube and on your website.
Clay:
Now here’s where people get weird. They go, well, I want to be in the media. Whoa. I do get a lot of my clients in the media. So…
Aaron Antis:
Pr.
Clay:
That’s how it works. I’ll show you how it works. So if you want to be top of the media, years ago I had a client of mine who says, I want to be in the media. I said, do you want to be top of the media? Okay. So I said, what you’re going to want to do is you, you’re going to get a billboard because his client was already buying billboards. And I said, what you’ll do is you go ahead and get a billboard. And once you get the billboard, put something on it that will get people’s attention. Like proclaim that you love your wife on the billboard. And if you do that, you’ll get a lot of media exposure. And so the client did it and next thing you know, the phone rang.
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah.
Clay:
You remember that? You saw it happen.
Aaron Antis:
I do. Yeah. It was… That went completely viral.
Clay:
But it didn’t go viral because of luck.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah.
Clay:
It went because he followed a move.
Aaron Antis:
Right.
Clay:
And if you’re out there listening today and you want to learn how to be top… Get media attention, I teach courses on that as well in our workshops. But media, the media has three areas. They’re looking for a story on every single day. As much as I like them or dislike them, this is how it works. they’re always looking for a local public service announcement. Like someone’s giving back to a charity, something, somebody’s helping out a homeless guy, somebody’s donating money. They’re always looking for that public service ness. Some good thing that’s happening,
Aaron Antis:
Something good. Yep.
Clay:
Second is they’re looking for a shocking thing. Like, oh man, guy won’t come down from the cell phone tower. Guy’s been living up there for two months. Local guy goes streaking down road. There are anything shocking. I’m not saying you should do it, that’s just what they do. They always want, local man has his cat stuck in a tree. Local firefighter helps him. It’s just anything that’s like a local man can’t get out of his home. The local… It’s just always that sort of a local sod farmer forgets to plant seed. I mean there’s always just some sort of a…
Aaron Antis:
Shocking.
Clay:
Yeah. And then there’s the celebrity thing. It’s like Justin Bieber came into the local place and got a bagel. Justin Bieber, Leonardo DiCaprio had a bagel. It’s just any mundane things that celebrities do where it’s like Kanye West, Ye West came in and had a bagel.
Aaron Antis:
But it was local.
Clay:
Sylvester Stallone had a local bagel.
Aaron Antis:
Right.
Clay:
Wow. Were you there? I, no, I wasn’t. Well, my sister saw him. It was awesome. What did he do? Well, he walked in and I was like, hey. And he was like, hey. And I was like, oh.
Aaron Antis:
He was like, yo, Adrian.
Clay:
And they’ll do interviews with people though, sir, you just saw, so Sylvester Stallone have a bagel. What are your thoughts? It was just like, was rocky.
Aaron Antis:
He the bagel so well.
Clay:
You see that, don’t you?
Aaron Antis:
Oh yeah
Clay:
I, so I tell clients, if you want to do PR, that’s how you do it. I’ll walk you through. They go and they say, well, how do I write a press release? And I go, I have a template for that. I’ll show you. But then they have to do it.
Aaron Antis:
They got to do it.
Clay:
And so if you’re listening out there today and you’re saying, man, you know what? I want to have massive success. I’ll go back to the Gino Wickman quote says, most people, Aaron, most people are sitting on their own diamond mines. What does that mean? Diamond mines? Sitting on their own diamond mines. It means they’re sitting there, the diamonds are clearly available in their vicinity. They own the land, they have access to the mineral rights. It’s right there. They can do it. They don’t need anything else. They can do it, but yet they just don’t do it. And so this is what I find and I find people that then they hop from guru to guru from conference to conference looking for something new that will allow them to escape the profundity that they just have to do the same thing over and over.
I see marriages, I’ll tell you marriages, I’ve stayed married every week for 21 years. Let me see how I do it. Every week on Sunday, I make a list of niceties. I try to… Nice things to say, nice little gifts to get my wife. I clean the house, I go get all of the groceries. I do… And every week I do it. And every week I pay the bills. Every week I come home when I say I’m going to every week I don’t go out. That’s the key to not having an affair. Don’t go anywhere. That’s how you don’t have an affair. So these are things and people will come to me on their third marriage going, how do you do it? And I’m like, well, you won’t have an affair if you don’t go anywhere. Stay home. That’s what…
Aaron Antis:
I’m going to the bar.
Clay:
I’m serious though.
Aaron Antis:
Just nipping from work.
Clay:
That’s what I tell them though. And then they’re like, well, why? What do you do? And they go, what do you do for your wife? And I go, I’m not a marriage expert, but you’re asking me. So I’m telling you, every week do something nice for your wife that she doesn’t expect every week. What? What Else? Provide for your wife. Don’t be the deadbeat husband that sits on the couch all day. I mean, the Bible’s pretty harsh about that, but it says it’s… Let me read, I’m going to pull up this Bible verse, but the Bible actually says it’s worse. It says that it’s better to be an unbeliever than… It says… Let me pull it up here. A man who cannot… Let me pull it up. A man who cannot provide, oh, here it is…
Aaron Antis:
For his own…
Clay:
For his own household is worse than an unbeliever. I don’t want to paraphrase the Bible, but I want to give the actual verse because the first time I read it, I thought, man, that is, God, you’re really tough on that one. Could you dialed back the rhetoric? God. Okay, but is, I mean it was pretty tough here. This is the… Here we go. I pulled up. All right. And again, I’m just reading from the Bible and again, this is harsh. I mean, someone’s going to go, bro, you’re negative, bro. Bro, I don’t want to have three jobs to provide for my wife. I want to have one job and make her work all the time. That’s what I mean. I mean, how often do you see that?
Aaron Antis:
There’s a lot of those.
Clay:
A lot of that. Husband… I talked to a guy years ago, his wife calls me, she says, I need to grow my business. I said, why? She says, my husband, he, he’s not making any money. I said, what’s, what does he do? What does he do during the day? She goes, well, he plays a lot of video games.
Aaron Antis:
Oh.
Clay:
And I’m going, are you serious? The real thing, this is real thing. So it says, First Timothy five eight says, but if any provide not for his own household and especially for his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.
Aaron Antis:
That’s not good. First Timothy.
Clay:
It’s rough.
Aaron Antis:
First Timothy five eight.
Clay:
That’s rough. So I’m… What I’m sharing you with you today might not be super comfortable, but I’ll go back to this idea again as I want to make sure we’re getting it. Ideas are easy, however, it’s the implementation that matters most, but most people are sitting on their own diamond mines. The surest way to lose your diamond mine is to get bored. I find that the greats bored down when the rest of the world struggles with boredom. People become over ambitious. Like, I’m going to open up five locations. Your first one’s failing though.
Aaron Antis:
Well, isn’t there the quote, also, ideas without execution is hallucination.
Clay:
It is.
Aaron Antis:
That was Thomas Edison.
Clay:
Yes.
Aaron Antis:
Yeah. You know, sit there and you just constantly throwing out ideas. Everybody’s met the wantra-repreneur.
Clay:
Oh baby.
Aaron Antis:
Who’s like always got an idea of the thing but never actually does anything.
Clay:
And I would say as a culture we reward these ideas.
Aaron Antis:
We do reward these ideas.
Clay:
People reward the ideas.
Aaron Antis:
He’s one of the greatest minds. His mind reminds me of my mind. But better.
Clay:
A lot of people do that though they start to just get very… And then there’s books written about how to refine your idea and how to get venture capital and how to go viral. And so everyone’s trying to go viral. Everyone’s trying to get venture capital, everyone’s trying to get rich. No one recognizes that Tesla was a largely non-profitable company that was subsidized by the federal government. But people want to be the next Tesla. People want to be the next Twitter, but Twitter was never viably profitable. People look into Facebook and you look at the origins of Facebook. I challenge you to do that. So we got to have realistic goals. What you can do today is there’s four steps you can do. And then we’re going to end today’s show. Step one, you can find a problem that you can solve for people on the planet.
Aaron Antis:
Yep.
Clay:
Step two, you can try to solve that problem for people on the planet. Step three, you can try to sell your solutions to people on the planet. Step four, if people do actually buy your solutions, you can nail it and scale it. And that’s how you grow a successful company. My name’s Clay Clark. This is Aaron Antis to my right. He runs one of Oklahoma’s largest home building companies called shawhomes.com. A lot of people struggle with the pronunciation shawhomes.com. They prefer for you to elongate the shawhomes.com and then surely they shall call you at Shaw Homes. And I mean, if you’re new to Oklahoma, I’m just telling you, if you go to shawhomes.com, they… Aaron wants you to elongate the Shaw. That’s just something…
Aaron Antis:
We’re not worried about the pronunciation. Anything’s fine.
Clay:
Okay. They’re not worried about that. Anything’s fine.
Aaron Antis:
Well, as long as their check clears.
Clay:
Yeah, but no if you would if out there folks, if you’re telling people about Shaw Homes, if you would get hung up on it to the point where you almost began to develop a speech impediment.
Aaron Antis:
Or just have good credit.
Clay:
Tell people, Hey folks, if you heard about that new home builder Shaw Homes if you’ll do that for us. We would appreciate that. Again, folks, we’re going to end today’s show with a boom because boom stands for big, overwhelming optimistic momentum. Here we go. Three, two one, boom, Shaw Homes.
Advert:
Thanks. You smell like a winner. [inaudible 00:40:15].

Charles Colaw:
Hello, my name is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Today I want to tell you a little bit about Clay Clark and how I know Clay Clarke. Clay Clarke has been my business coach since 2017. He’s helped us grow from two locations to now six locations. We’re planning to do seven locations in seven years and then franchise and Clay’s done a great job of helping us navigate anything that has to do with running the business, building the systems, the checklists, the workflows, the audits, how to navigate lease agreements, how to buy property, how to work with brokers and builders. This guy’s just amazing, he’s key… This kind of guy has worked in every single industry. He’s written books with Lee Crockwell, head of Disney with the 40,000 cast members he’s friends with like Mike Lindell. He does Reawaken America tours where he does these tours all across the country where 10,000 or more people show up to some of these tours.
On the day-to-day he does anywhere from about 160 companies. He’s at the top. He has a team of business coaches, videographers and graphic designers and web developers, and they run 160 companies every single week. So think of this guy with a team of business coaches running 160 companies. So in the weekly, he’s running 160 companies every six to eight weeks he’s doing Reawaken America tours every six to eight weeks. He’s also doing business conferences where 200 people show up and he teaches people a 13 step proven system that he’s done and worked with billionaires, helping them grow their companies. So he’s… I’ve seen guys from startups, go from startup to being multimillionaires, teaching people how to get time freedom and financial freedom through the system. Critical thinking, document creation, making it, putting it into, organizing everything in their head to building it into a franchisable scalable business.
One of his businesses has 500 franchises. That’s just one of the companies or brands that he works with. So amazing guy, Elon Musk kinds, kind of like smart guy. He kind of comes off sometimes as socially awkward, but he’s so brilliant and he’s taught me so much when I say that Clay is like he doesn’t care what people think when you’re talking to him. He cares about where you’re going in your life and where he can get you to go. And that’s what I like the most about him. He was like, he’s like a good coach. A coach isn’t just making you feel good all the time. A coach is actually helping you get to the best you and Clay has been an amazing business coach. Through the course of that, we became friends. When I was really most impressed with him is when I was shadowing him one time, we went into a business deal and listened to it.
I got to shadow and listen to it. And when we walked out, I knew that he could make millions on the deal and they were super excited about working with him. And he told me, he’s like, I’m not going to touch it. I’m going to turn it down. Because he knew it was going to harm the common good of people in the long run. And the guy’s integrity just really wowed me. It brought tears to my eyes to see that this guy, his highest desire was to do what’s right. And anyways, just an amazing man. So anyways, impacted me a lot. He’s helped navigate anytime I’ve gotten nervous or worried about how to run the company or navigating competition in an economy that’s like, I remember we got closed down for three months. He helped us navigate on how to stay open, how to get back open, how to just survive through all the covid shutdowns, lockdowns because our clubs were all closed for three months and you have $350,000 of bills you’ve got to pay and we have no accounts receivable.
He helped us navigate that and of course we were conservative enough that we could afford to take that on for a period of time, but he was… Anyways, great man. I’m very impressed with him. So Clay, thank you for everything you’re doing and I encourage you, if you haven’t ever worked with Clay, work with Clay, he’s going to help magnify you. And there’s nobody I have ever met that has the ability to work as hard as he does. He probably sleeps four, maybe six hours a day and literally the rest of the time he’s working and he can outwork everybody in the room every single day and he loves it. So anyways, this is Charles Colaw with Colaw Fitness. Thank you Clay. And anybody out there that’s wanting to work with Clay, it’s a great, great opportunity to ever work with him. So you guys have a blessed one. This is Charles Colaw. We’ll see you guys. Bye-Bye.
Aaron Antis:
Hi, I’m Aaron Antis with Shaw Homes. I first heard about Clay through a mortgage lender here in town who had told me what a great job he had been doing for them, and I actually noticed he was driving a Lamborghini all of a sudden. So I was willing to listen. In my career, I’ve sold a little over $800 million in real estate. So honestly, I thought I kind of knew everything about marketing and homes and then I met Clay and my perception of what I knew and what I could do definitely changed after doing 800 million in sales over a 15 year career. I really thought I knew what I was doing. I’ve been managing a large team of sales people for the last 10 years here with Shaw Homes and I mean, we’ve been a company that’s been in business for 35 years. We’ve become one of the largest builders in the Tulsa area, and that was without Clay.
So when I came to know Clay, I really thought, man, there’s not much more I need to know, but I’m willing to listen. The interesting thing is our internet leads from our website has actually, in a four month period of time, has gone from somewhere around 10 to 15 leads in a month to 180 internet leads in a month. Just from the few things that he’s shown us how to implement that I honestly probably never would’ve come up with on my own. So I got a lot of good things to say about the system that Clay put in place with us and it’s just been an incredible experience. I am very glad that we met and had the opportunity to work with Clay. So the interaction with the team and with Clay on a weekly basis is honestly very enlightening. One of the things that I love about Clay’s perspective on things is that he doesn’t come from my industry.
He’s not somebody who’s in the home building industry. I’ve listened to all the experts in my field. Our company has paid for me go to seminars, international builders shows, all kinds of places where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the experts in my industry. But the thing that I’ve found working with Clay is that he comes from such a broad spectrum of working with so many different types of businesses that he has a perspective that’s difficult for me to gain because I get so entrenched in what I do. I’m not paying attention to what other leading industry experts are doing, and Clay really brings that perspective for me. It is very valuable time every week when I get that hour with him. From my perspective, the reason that any business owner who’s thinking about hooking up with Thrive needs to definitely consider it, is because the results that we’ve gotten in a very short period of time are honestly monumental.
It has really exceeded my wildest expectation of what he might be able to do. I came in skeptical because I’m very pragmatic and as I’ve gone through the process over just a few months, I’ve realized it’s probably one of the best moves we’ve ever made. I think a lot of people probably feel like they don’t need a business or marketing consultant because they maybe are a little bit prideful and like to think they know everything. I know that’s how I felt coming in. I mean, we’re a big company that’s definitely one of the largest in town. And so we kind of felt like we knew what we were doing and I think for a lot of people, they let their ego get in the way of listening to somebody that might have a better or different perspective than theirs. I would just really encourage you, if you’re thinking about working with Clay, I mean the thing is it’s month to month.
Go give it a try and see what happens. I think in the 35 year history of Shaw Homes, this is probably the best thing that’s happened to us, and I know if you give him a shot, I think you’ll feel the same way. I know for me, the thing I would’ve missed out on if I didn’t work with Clay is I would’ve missed out on literally an 1800% increase in our internet leads going from 10 a month to 180 a month. That would’ve been a huge financial decision to just decide not to give it a shot. I would absolutely recommend Clay Clarke to anybody who’s thinking about working with somebody in marketing. I would skip over anybody else you were thinking about and I would go straight to Clay and his team. I guarantee you’re not going to regret it because we sure haven’t.
Danielle Sprick:
My name is Danielle Sprick and I am the founder of D Sprick Realty Group here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After being a Stay at home mom for 12 years and my three kids started school and they were in school full time, I was at a crossroads and trying to decide what do I want to do? My degree and my background is in education, but after being a mom and staying home and all of that, I just didn’t have a passion for it like I once did. My husband suggested real estate. He’s a home builder, so real estate and home building go hand in hand and we just rolled with it. I love people. I love working with people. I love the building relationships, but one thing that was really difficult for me was the business side of things, the processes and the advertising and marketing. I knew that I did not have what I needed to make that what it should be.
So I reached out to Clay at that time and he and his team have been extremely instrumental in helping us build our brand, help market our business, our agents, the homes that we represent. Everything that we do is a direct line from Clay and his team and all that they’ve done for us. We launched our brokerage, our real estate brokerage eight months ago, and in that time we’ve gone from myself and one other agent to just this week. We signed on our 16th agent. We have been blessed with the fact that we right now have just over 10 million in pending transactions. Three years ago, I never would have even imagined that I would be in this role that I’m in today building a business, having 16 agents, but I have to give credit where credits due and Clay and his team and the business coaching that they’ve offered us has been huge. It’s been instrumental in what we’re doing. Don’t ever limit your vision. When you dream big, big things happen.
Dr. Chad Edwards:
I started a business because I couldn’t work for anyone else. I do things my way. I do what I think is in the best interest of the patient. I don’t answer to insurance companies. I don’t answer to large corporate organizations. I answer to my patient and that’s it. My thought when I opened my clinic was I can do this all myself. I don’t need additional outside help in many ways. I mean, I went to medical school, I can figure this out. But it was a very, very steep learning curve. Within the first six months of opening my clinic, I had a $63,000 embezzlement. I lost multiple employees.
Clay helped us weather the storm of some of the things that are just… A lot of people experience, especially in the medical world. He was instrumental in helping with the specific written business plan. He’s been instrumental in hiring good quality employees using the processes that he outlines for getting in good talent, which is extremely difficult. He helped me in securing the business loans. He helped me with web development and search engine optimization. We’ve been able to really keep a steady stream of clients coming in because they found us on the web. With everything that I encountered, everything that I experienced, I quickly learned, it is worth every penny to have someone in your team that can walk you through and even avoid some of the pitfalls that are almost invariable in starting your own business. I’m Dr. Chad Edwards and I own Revolution Health and Wellness Clinic.

Speaker 12:
You can learn the proven 13 point business system that Dr. ZelLner and I have used over and over to start and grow successful companies. When we get into the specifics, the specific steps on what you need to do to optimize your website. We’re going to teach you how to fix your conversion rate. Now, we’re going to teach you how to do a social media marketing campaign that works. How do you raise capital? How do you get a small business loan? We teach you everything you need to know here during a two day, 15 hour workshop. It’s all here for you. You work every day in your business, but for two days you can escape and work on your business and build these proven systems so now you can have a successful company that will produce both the time freedom and the financial freedom that you deserve.
You’re going to leave energized, motivated, but you’re also going to leave empowered. The reason why I’ve built these workshops is because as an entrepreneur, I always wish that I had this, and because there wasn’t anything like this, I would go to these motivational seminars, no money down real estate Ponzi scheme, get motivated seminars, and they would never teach me anything. It was like you went there and you paid for the big chocolate Easter Bunny, but inside of it was a hollow nothingness and I wanted the knowledge, and they’re like, oh, but we’ll teach you the knowledge after our next workshop. And the great thing is we have nothing to upsell at every workshop. We teach you what you need to know. There’s no one in the back of the room trying to sell you some next big get rich quick walk on hot coals product.
It’s literally, we teach you the brass tax, the specific stuff that you need to know to learn how to start and grow a business, and I encourage you to not believe what I’m saying and I want you to Google the Z 66 auto auction. I want you to Google Elephant in the room. Look at Robert Zellner and Associates. Look them up and say, are they successful because they’re geniuses or are they successful because they have a proven system? When you do that research, you will discover that the same system that we use in our own business can be used in your business. Come to Tulsa, book a ticket, and I guarantee you it’s going to be the best business workshop ever and we’ll even give you your money back if you don’t love it. We’ve built this facility for you and we’re excited to see you.
