ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The program was designed to help small businesses survive and thrive. Keeping Americas work force paid, employed and as productive as possible
General Requirements:
- Must be a business
- Must have been in business before 2/15/2020
- Must certify that:
“Because of economic uncertainty this loan request is necessary to support ongoing operations”
Program Terms:
- No fees of any kind
- No personal guarantees
- No collateral
- No credit report
- Federally tax free and tax free in most states
- Many borrowers are eligible for 2 loans
- No payments (if loan is forgiven within 14 months)
- Maximum loan for sole proprietor without employees is $20,833 per loan ($41,600 for both)

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
First Time Borrowers – NO Employees
2019 (filed) or 2020 (filed or to be filed) tax returns with attachments including any 1099’s
Copy of Driver’s license
Wire instructions from your bank with:
- Bank name
- Bank address
- Bank ABA (Routing Number)
- Name exactly as it appears on your bank account
- Your bank account number
Voided check AND bank statement from bank account funds are to be wired (helps verify account number and routing info)
First Time Borrowers – WITH Employees (all S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships)
Payroll Documents – 941 Reports (4 quarters), W-3, Payroll Service Reports
2019 (filed) or 2020 (filed or to be filed) tax returns with attachments including any 1099’s
Copy of Driver’s license for all owners
Wire instructions from your bank with:
- Bank name
- Bank address
- Bank ABA (Routing Number)
- Name exactly as it appears on your bank account
- Your bank account number

Second Time Borrowers Only – Additional Documentation
PROOF THAT YOU HAD A 25% OR GREATER DECLINE IN SALES, COMMISSIONS OR INCOME IN A SINGLE QUARTER IN 2020 COMPARED TO THE SAME QUARTER IN 2019 (can be an excel spreadsheet, commission report, etc.)

PROCESS
- Gather all required documents for uploading onto your computer
- Talk to your accountant if needed (strongly advise especially if you have employees)
- Enter the A10 application portal from the link we have provided
- Follow the instructions on the Cheat Sheet we have provided and carefully and completely fill out the application, review the separate information review section at the end of application and upload documents
- Hit SUBMIT
- Within 24-48 hours an A10 originator will contact you. Do not call. We are not a call center.
- A10 will send you:
- An application from the SBA for you to review and sign
- An IRS 4506T allowing A10 to order and receive a copy of your tax return
- Once we receive the signed documents, we submit the loan for SBA approval
- SBA will issue approval number sometime between 24-72 hours (90% of the time)
- Occasionally SBA suspends loans for further review. This usually adds usually adds about a week, but has taken as long as six weeks)
- Wiring confirmation document will immediately be sent
- Loan documents will be sent within one business day of receiving the completed wiring confirmation document
- Funding occurs 2 to 3 days after we receive signed loan documents
This is a Government funded program. The SBA issues all final approvals. There is no way A10 can guarantee loan funding or approval. We will make every effort to submit all complete applications as long as the program is in effect, your application is complete and you upload the required documents.
