My name is Kevin Youngblood from Union, South Carolina. And my business is Computers Plus Technology Services. I do IT consulting and technology. The biggest takeaways have been SEO for sure, and three-legged marketing stool. The atmosphere is absolutely crazy. It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. Clay is a trip to say the least. He keeps you entertained, he keeps you motivated, just keeps you interested. There’s no way you can lose concentration.
I’ve never been to other business conferences, but it’s nothing like what I expected. The atmosphere here is just like nothing anybody would expect. There’s so much energy. I mean, people breathing fire and hollering and loud music. And it’s just awesome.

This really keeps you awake and I enjoy that.

My name is Zach Smith. I live in Owasso, Oklahoma. Yeah, I heard about the business conferences from the podcast. I own a Paintless Dent Repair Business and we’re actually starting a marketing company. Anything marketing, to just different types of business skills, and how to build a business. I actually love the atmosphere. When we walked in here, I would say it was very uplifting and exciting. I’d say most seminars or whatever you go to are kind of boring and this really keeps you awake and I enjoy that. Clay’s presentation style is very knowledgeable. The most valuable thing I’ve learned so far is probably … I don’t know, everything. I think everybody needs to attend a ThriveTime Show because you learn so much information about how to build a business. Really from how to start a business from scratch to really grow it to be a multimillion-dollar business.

My name is Lonnie Myers and the name of my business is Kirby Kitchen, and painting and remodeling, and the industry I’m in is painting and remodeling. The best thing I’ve learned so far is how to interview and integrate the core values of my company with the people that I’m interviewing. Be able to hire them and find the right employees.
The best way I would describe Clay’s presentation style is to say it’s energetic and it’s funny. The main thing that would make this different than any other business conference I’ve attended is that it’s engaging and more personable, one-on-one type atmosphere.

High energy. I’ve never been to any other conference or workshop, this is my second conference. I like the energy and I like how it makes me have to want to go out there and better myself.

My name is Amek and I’m from Hagerstown Maryland. So I’m in the medical industry. I’m a pediatrician, and I run a common practice. Well, one of the thing I’ve learned is just how to think very systematically about the business, about the practice. Just there’re a number of these systems you need put in place to make the practice run more smoothly. So it has been really helpful. And the staff also has been just helpful and has given me a lot of material that I can actually take back and implement right away. The atmosphere is electric, it’s exciting, it’s definitely not boring, and just a lot of actionable steps I think is the main thing. It’s been very practical, engaging, easy to learn the material, and it means you can go back and implement right away.

My name is Stuart Weikel. I’m from Austin, Texas. My business is called Accolade Exteriors. We’re a window dealership and installation and remodeling company. Gosh, the best thing I’ve learned so far is I think really the operating a small business well, it’s a lot of work. And it just requires diligence and it requires a focus and and determination.
Clay’s presentation style is, it makes things easy to absorb because he’s humorous. He’s pretty straightforward in the message. There’s not a whole lot of of fluff or… It’s pretty straightforward stuff but it’s delivered in a manner that really you can absorb it, and really take a lot from it, and see at different times, different points in time where you are in your process. You pick up new subtleties about it and it’s just a really good. Well this conference is different from other business conferences. I really can’t speak too much to that because I just wasted a lot time going to other conferences. I’ve experienced a few other scenarios where small businesses is the focus. I’d say that this is a lot more about the attendees than it is about those who are putting it on.

I am Ralph Gibbons, and I am from Oklahoma City. I am with TruePro Home Solutions. We’re in the home improvement industry.
Best thing I’ve learned so far is need to develop and exercise systems. Competitive systems day in, day out. I would describe the atmosphere here as dynamic, electric, very encouraging. Clay Clark’s system, his attitude is awesome, captures your attention.
What makes this conference different than any other business conference I’ve been to? I would say the consistency in their approach. The energy level is off the charts. And it’s just good material. Basic material that needs to be reiterated and really learned. It’s a great conference.

The different marketing tools and the way to keep everybody accountable in your company. It’s excellent, energetic and it just makes you want to stay and pay attention. This is the first conference I didn’t want to walk out of.

My name is Bob Kennedy and I’m from Little Rock, Arkansas. The name of the business is Surface Renew, and our industry is the remodeling industry. The best thing I’ve learned so far is about the marketing, the three legged stool, and how important it is to consistently do the marketing plan.
Clay’s presentation style, I would describe as being energetic and practical. And the atmosphere here is just one of high energy.
These business conferences are different than any other conference I’ve attended because I feel like it’s so practical. It’s not theoretical. It’s not trying to pump you up. It’s giving me stuff I can go back and do next week to make my business better.

I’m Alissa and I’m from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I work at Tuscaloosa Ophthalmology and this of course is an ophthalmology practice with Dr Timothy Johnson. The best thing I’ve learned so far is time management. Just adding everything to a schedule. Clay’s presentation is exciting. You can’t go to sleep. You learn something and laugh every minute.The atmosphere is just extremely upbeat. It’s very happy. It makes you want to come back. The main difference in this conference than any other conference is it is definitely not boring. You leave with information you can actually put to use and you feel like you’ve learned something and not wasted your money.
