It’s such a weird. It benevolent dictatorship, right yeah, it’s just weird, because it’s like put on your team there late and there’s a way to say hey. You know you’re late today, I need you to stop being late.

I have a question. Are. You trying to like ruin my life or that measure up to joke with them, and now I’m, okay and I’m okay I mean what do I need to say to you to get you to want to be on time. Z in areas where he could have definitely done the right thing in terms of the math and said you know what I have no feelings of pity or sorrow for you you’ve gotten to where you are because of what you’ve done. We move on, but I’ve seen dr. Z when possible, always take the high road I’ve seen doctors, he always take the road of not judging a man while he’s down I’ve seen doctors, he always look for the bright side, even in ridiculously horrible situations. I’ve seen dr. Z heard of dr. Z being really really screwed and really not not vomiting on I’ve seen doctors or somebody. You know what julie said something about him, and so he said, let’s call this person up right now. It’s go I just I’ve seen him do this all the time and I really appreciate his ability to do never ate. This is empathy and understanding a successful leader must be in sympathy with his or her followers and understand their problems if they want people to follow them. Z talk to me about your approach to sympathy and understanding of your teammates. You know a lot of people out there. They say to themselves. I want justice. Justice I want justice I want. What to do me. I want what’s fair I want I would have had man I’ll. Tell you I’ll tell you what that guy did me wrong. I’ll tell you what I want justice on this thing or not cuz i! You don’t want justice, you want mercy powerful, you don’t want trust me. You don’t want what you deserve in life. Trust me on that you don’t want it, because none of us was all that great. You want mercy until if it’s something I want come on now, then guess what I want to give the other people I want what I want. Why would a young employee that’s chronically late, and even stealing, some crap at your optometry clinic, say why you still in crab, you could be still in glasses or something expensive, I think about it. At some point you gotta do what’s best for the business, so you know you have mercy that doesn’t mean to find people steal money from me,. You know you’re late today, I need you to stop being late. I have a question. Are. You trying to like ruin my life or that measure up to joke with them, and now I’m, okay and I’m okay I mean what do I need to say to you to get you to want to be on time. Z when possible, always take the high road I’ve seen doctors, he always take the road of not judging a man while he’s down I’ve seen doctors, he always look for the bright side, even in ridiculously horrible situations. I’ve seen dr. Z heard of dr. Z being really really screwed and really not not vomiting on I’ve seen doctors or somebody. It’s go I just I’ve seen him do this all the time and I really appreciate his ability to do never ate. This is empathy and understanding a successful leader must be in sympathy with his or her followers and understand their problems if they want people to follow them.
