$1.6 billion is in New York real estate

$500 million is in non-New York real estate
$290 million is in cash and personal assets
$200 million is in brand businesses.
**According to Fortune magazine, his net worth has gone down from $3.7 billion to $3.1 billion because of the overall declining value of New York real estate.
He dropped to number 248 in the ranks for the richest people in America according to Forbes. He’s down from his ranking as the 156th richest person in America in 2016.

Howard Kaminsky was a book publisher who died at the age of 77, and was the publisher behind the creation of Donald Trump’s first book, “The Art of the Deal.” Howard said that Donald Trump did not play role in the writing of his own book. She was born in Novo Mesto, Slovenia and grew up in Sevnica, Lower Sava Valley.[2] She worked as a fashion model for agencies in Milan and Paris, later moving to New York City in 1996.[3] She initially worked in the United States prior to receiving a legal work visa.[4][5] Her modeling career was associated with Irene Marie Models and Trump Model Management.[6]

The PD (Pre-Donald) Years
1927 = 19 PD – (19 years Pre-Donald) Donald’s father (Fred Trump) began his career by working in construction and sales. He created a company by the name of E. Trump & Son in 1927.
He grew this business to the point where he actually owned and controlled and estimated 27,000 apartments within New York City. He owned single family homes in Queens and apartments for the U.S. Navy personnel located near the major shipyards on the east coast.
June 14th – 1946 – Donald Trump was born in Queens, New York.
1958 – Age 12 – Donald Trump attended Kew-Forest School in Forest Hills, Queens, where his dad (Fred) served on the governing board.
1959 – Age 13 – Donald kept getting himself into alot of trouble so his father Fred sent him off to the New York Military Academy to get his life together and to learn some discipline.

1964 – Age 17 – He attended Fordham College at Rose Hill for two years. Trump originally wanted to become a movie producer, but he was denied by the University of Southern California when he applied to go there.

1964 – Age 17 – His father bought the Swifton Village apartment complex that was 50% vacant (but the largest apartment complex) at a foreclosure auction. Donald Trump was a senior in high school at the military academy when his dad bought the complex, but he played a big role in managing the project while going through both high school and college.
1966 – Age 19 – Transfers to Penn’s Wharton School of Business and almost immediately begins buying properties in Philadelphia.
