Ask yourself: did they not know what to do, or did they choose not to do it now? business coach  It’S somebody’s just check, as example, there’s a checklist to clean the bathroom, and this happens a lot in the different businesses that I run. business coach  You give someone a checklist for cleaning the bathroom, you go into the bathroom and it looks like you’re walking into the the surface of Dagobah. You know that’s where your lives and it looks nasty, and so you know you’ve told the person, and you know your talk to you about it, and so you realize this person chose not to do it. So what you do is you use the set number to you attack the issue, not the person. I can you attack the issue and not the person, so I that I mean you need to walk up to the person or you can run up to them. I mean, I guess would be as if you wanted to Sprint at somebody that would bed by free come out a little bit, but you want to get there quickly, but not too quick, but you want to walk up to him or skip to Hummer. business coach  I really upset how you get there. business coach  I don’t care if you have a moped over there. If you get a bike over there just get and what you do is you say person, humans, call it a Carl. You say: Carl, hey. Here’S the deal the bathroom to definitely not clean. I know that. I know that you knew do you need to clean the bathroom, and so I’m not attacking you. But I’m saying the bathroom is nasty and I know you can do better than that. business coach  So stop making the bathroom not clean, and you won’t use the kick and hug message. So that was the kick part in some people. business coach  Just can’t handle you being direct there, just ignore it and then what you do is you say you know what Carl you’re a great American and I’ve never questioned your American is improving one moment. business coach  That’S what you do then step 3 you’re right the person up if they chose not to it.
